7 7:30 am: Men’s Fellowship and Prayer 7:30 am – 9:00 am October 7, 2023 Men’s Ministry at THBC is done in service for the Lord first and foremost, What does the Lord want to see happen in a man’s life? We need to rise up and become leaders that will help and encourage a deep relationship with our Father. (1 Thessalonians 2:13) God’s man learns how to apply God’s Word to all areas of his life. This type of conversation about applying the Word happens all the time within the group and we allow the scripture through the Holy Spirit lead us in that walk. Everyone has such an important role in our growth as men and we recognize we are different in many ways so encouragement, listening, sharing, compassion, serving and praying for one another is vital in our walk. It is also essential to allow room for accountability within the men’s ministry for the purpose of consistency and obedience to God’s Word (James 1:22-25; Ezekiel 33:30-32). What do you think?
